This position requires you to be available for Saturdays (no long weekends) as well as some later day shifts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:





- Daily reporting and tracking
- Answering telephones
- Managing schedule
- Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and organized
- Responding to emails
- Ordering office supplies
- Processing payments and invoices
- Presenting the office in the best possible manner over the telephone and in person by exuding warmth, professionalism and confidence at all times

Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour

Experience:
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Tracker: 1 year (preferred)
