Responsible for buying, inventory management, and training programs, this role is vital in meeting business goals and enhancing the customer journey at Pursuit’s various attractions.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement growth strategies for retail revenue • Manage logistics and operations of retail networks • Develop training programs for staff development • Ensure adherence to safety protocols in retail outlets • Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements: • At least 3 years in a retail leadership capacity • Experience in multiple retail environments • Solid grasp of inventory management and budgeting • Ability with retail systems, particularly Retail Pro • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices preferred
