Towers Realty Group, on behalf of a Condominium, is looking for customer service focused individuals to join their team for the position of Door Personnel on a Part-Time / Casual basis.

As a Door Personnel, you will be the face of the building. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who pride themselves on their customer service abilities, who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the needs of our residents and their guests are met, and who strive to make positive long-term impressions within their workplace.

As a Door Personnel, you will be responsible for the following:

- Greet and assist all residents, visitors, and contractors upon arrival.
- Provide valet and concierge service
- Provide exceptional customer service and display a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate logs of visitors and contractors.
- Assist residents with unloading their vehicles (groceries, shopping, etc.). Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance for security purposes.
- Ensure only authorized individuals are provided entry to the building. All visitors,



contractors and couriers must be approved for entry by the Unit Owner they are requesting to see.
- Accept and report deliveries.
- Answer and make phone calls to residents.
- Maintain shift notes in the Door Personnel logbook.
- Report any hazards or potential hazards .
- Light cleaning duties as required.
- Light snow shoveling duties as required.
- Other duties as required.

Door Personnel shifts are 8 hours in length and may include day, evening or overnight. These positions do not have a guaranteed minimum hours per week. A valid Manitoba drivers license is required.
