- Maintain excellent cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dishroom and surrounding work areas.
- Train employees on proper dishwashing, sanitation, organization, chemical handling, and safe work procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and address concerns related to productivity, organization, attendance, or work standards.
- Ensure clean equipment is returned promptly to the appropriate production departments.
- Maintain proper organization of racks, carts, containers, utensils, and production equipment.
- Work closely with production supervisors and kitchen teams to prioritize equipment needed for ongoing production.
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously look for ways to improve dishroom workflow and efficiency.
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, health and safety, and company procedures are followed.
- Lead by example and be willing to work alongside the team.
