Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and work areas to ensure a hygienic setting.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen managers, including organizing ingredients and supplies.
- Support the food handling process by following proper safety procedures during meal prep and service.
- Help with waste disposal and recycling efforts to maintain an eco-friendly kitchen space.
- Ensure all dishware and utensils are properly stored after cleaning for easy access during busy service times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Skills
