Bergeron Mechanical Heating & Cooling

Bergeron Mechanical is growing, and we are looking for a dispatcher who can take ownership of the daily schedule and keep our technicians moving.

This is not a job where you sit behind a desk and wait for the phone to ring.

You will be the person connecting our customers, technicians, and office team throughout the day. When the schedule changes, a job runs long, an emergency call comes in, or a technician needs direction, you need to be able to assess the situation and make the next move.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Build and manage the daily technician schedule
- Dispatch technicians based on location, priority, skill set, and job requirements
- Adjust the schedule throughout the day when jobs change
- Stay in contact with technicians and track job progress
- Keep customers informed about arrival times, delays, and schedule changes
- Follow up on open estimates, unscheduled work, and customers who still need a next step
- Make outbound calls and help fill schedule gaps when needed
- Communicate clearly with the office, sales team, and field team
- Make sure opportunities do not fall through the cracks

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We need someone who can think ahead, not just react.

You should be

- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces




- Strong on the phone with customers
- Able to make decisions without panicking when the day changes
- Good with geography, routing, and planning efficient technician schedules
- Comfortable learning and working inside scheduling and dispatch software
- Clear and direct in your communication
- Consistent about documenting information and following through
- Willing to pick up the phone and solve problems instead of waiting for someone else to do it

Dispatch, HVAC, home service, construction, transportation, or other field-service experience is a solid advantage. OMNI experience is an even bigger plus.
