About the Role

We are currently seeking a Dishwasher to join our Culinary team.

This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of the kitchen. You will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, while ensuring all sanitation and safety standards are consistently upheld.

Working closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team, you will help maintain a clean and secure kitchen environment in line with brand and health regulations.

What You’ll Do

- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, work surfaces, storage areas, and garbage/recycling areas.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries.
- Remove garbage and recycling and maintain waste disposal areas in a clean condition.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.




- Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and other duties as required.
- Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

About You

- Previous dishwashing experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to take initiative
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
