The Automotive
Drive-Thru Attendant serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department. This role is responsible for greeting customers promptly, collecting and verifying vehicle information, performing basic inspections, directing vehicles safely to service areas, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all customers courteously and promptly upon arrival.
Direct vehicles safely into the service drive-thru area.
Accurately record customer and vehicle information using service management software.
Perform quick visual inspections, including checking mileage, VIN, tire condition, lights, and wipers.
Communicate customer needs and observations to service advisors or technicians.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe drive-thru area.
Assist with moving vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, or customer pick-up zones.
