Summary
We are seeking experienced and motivated Subcontractor Drywall Boarding and Taping workers.
Contractors by piece are welcome.
This role offers the chance to work on diverse residential and commercial construction projects in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform drywall installing tasks for residential and commercial projects, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, using hand and power tools
- Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work setting
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience
- Skilled in residential and/or commercial drywall installation techniques, including finishing
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English language skills (bilingual is an asset)
