We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction and maintenance tasks, providing support to drywall installers. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions effectively. The Helper will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Duties
- Assist in the construction and assembly of structures based on blueprints and project specifications.
- Participate in construction painting activities, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work workplace by removing debris and properly storing tools.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or maintenance person services is required.
- Familiarity with drywall installation, caulking techniques, and construction painting is advantageous.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the construction field.
