We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.
Duties
- Install various structures and fixtures, including drywall, Ceilings, and other components according to specifications.
- Measure the space to determine the correct size of drywall panels needed.
- Position drywall sheets on the framing (wood or metal studs) and secure them using drywall screws or nails. This is done starting from the top and working down to ensure a tight fit.
- Make sure edges of the drywall are aligned properly with corners and other materials.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or installation roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in building techniques, including drywall installation and finishing.
- Strong skills in caulking, painting, and general maintenance person tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
