We are seeking a motivated and dependable DZ Truck Driver to join our agile logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks to transport freight efficiently across various locations. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation and automotive repair will ensure smooth deliveries and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks, including heavy-duty vehicles, to transport freight over short and long distances
- Load and unload freight using skid steers, mini loaders and other heavy equipment, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, mechanical condition, and compliance with transportation regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs in accordance with company policies
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle readiness and safety
- Assist with warehouse operations by managing freight movement and coordinating with warehouse staff for efficient loading/unloading
- Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during transportation activities
Experience
- Valid DZ license with proven experience in commercial driving and freight transportation
- Demonstrated ability to operate equipment such as skid steers and loaders safely and effectively
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues
- Experience handling freight logistics, including loading/unloading procedures
- Strong understanding of transportation safety regulations and compliance standards
