It's A BLAST is currently looking for Full-time, and Part-Time Program Leaders to join our team. Program Leaders at It’s a BLAST are responsible for providing daily programming for all children registered in the program. It is the responsibility of both Team and Program leaders to deliver quality care at our programs and be committed to the success of the organization and continued self-growth and development

- Current Child Care Education Level (or willingness to complete Basecorp).

- Child Care Education Level 1 (minimum)
