KLS Earthworks is seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to enhance our field operations team. You will oversee construction crews, coordinate activities, and ensure project specifications are met. This role requires a leader who excels in earthworks practices, understands heavy equipment, and fosters a culture of safety in office.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise earthworks crews on construction sites • Plan daily work activities, equipment, and materials • Direct operators, laborers, and field personnel • Read and interpret construction drawings accurately • Monitor productivity and adjust team assignments
Requirements: • 5-10 years as an Earthworks Supervisor or Foreman • Strong knowledge of civil earthworks and equipment • Proven experience on commercial and large construction projects • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean record • Strong leadership and communication abilities
