In this critical role, you will directly report to the Construction Manager/Site Supervisor. Your leadership will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring work quality, and mentoring your crew on safety procedures. You'll be responsible for monitoring project timelines and facilitating productive resource management.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise on-site construction activities and crew performance • Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations • Submit daily progress reports and crew timesheets • Act as liaison between management and crew members • Support implementation of safety policies and conduct training

Requirements: • Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson PSE/Electrician • Valid driver's license with valuable driving record • 5-7 years of construction industry experience • Knowledge of medium to high-voltage systems an asset • Willingness to travel to various sites regularly
