ServiceMaster is seeking an Emergency Mitigation Supervisor to join our team in Abbotsford. You will oversee mitigation technicians, ensuring adherence to protocols and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities:
• Train Emergency Technicians on job procedures and use of Encircle • Oversee operation of mitigation equipment like dehumidifiers • Ensure projects meet company standards and timelines • Provide constructive feedback to team members • Conduct quality assurance checks on various projects
Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in restoration industry • Water Restoration Technician Certification preferred • Robust leadership and management skills • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record • Ability to lift industrial equipment up to 100 lbs
