We’re looking for energetic, motivated, and people-focused individuals to join our growing team in Midtown Toronto.

? This is a FULL-TIME, FULLY ON-SITE role.

You’ll work alongside our team in person at events and customer-facing locations throughout the Toronto area. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Direct Marketing Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience representing brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns, events, and customer-focused experiences.

Your day-to-day may include:

- Representing well-known brands in a professional, energetic, and authentic way
- Connecting with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Learning how to communicate with different types of people
- Explaining products, services, promotions, and brand messaging
- Creating positive customer experiences through genuine interactions
- Supporting marketing campaigns and learning the fundamentals of sales and customer acquisition




- Working closely with a team to achieve campaign goals
- Receiving ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback
- Developing communication, leadership, sales, and marketing skills through hands-on experience
