Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Flooring & Sports Court Installer to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming surfaces into durable, high-quality epoxy floors and expertly installing sports courts that meet precise specifications. Your hands-on skills and construction experience will help bring vibrant, long-lasting surfaces to life, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing existing floors to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings and sports court materials
- Mix and apply epoxy resins, sealants, and other flooring materials with precision according to project specifications
- Install sports court surfaces such as basketball, tennis, or multi-purpose courts using appropriate techniques and tools
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans
- Use hand tools including trowels, rollers, saws, drills, and caulking guns to complete installations efficiently
- Perform surface leveling, sealing, caulking,



and finishing touches to ensure a smooth, professional appearance
- Maintain safety standards on-site by following proper procedures and wearing protective gear at all times

Qualifications

- Proven experience with flooring installation, epoxy coatings, or sports court construction is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and construction practices required for surface preparation and finishing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in tile laying, carpentry, caulking, and general handyman tasks related to flooring projects
- Prior construction experience demonstrating attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
