Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliations, and other esthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Assist clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and managing check-in/check-out processes
- Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area following health and safety standards
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage,



and ongoing maintenance to foster loyalty and repeat business

Experience

- Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of eyelash extension application techniques is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Experience in retail sales and upselling within a service workplace is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
