We are looking for a knowledgeable, organized, and engaging Esthetics Instructor to join our growing team.

About the Role

As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering professional education programs related to skincare, esthetics, professional treatment kits, and beauty products.

The role will involve preparing teaching materials, developing training content, and conducting professional training seminars and educational sessions for estheticians, beauty professionals, salons, spas, clinics, and other industry partners.

The ideal candidate has solid industry experience, strong knowledge of esthetics and skincare, excellent presentation skills, and a passion for educating and supporting beauty professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop professional teaching materials, training manuals, presentations, and educational resources
- Develop structured training programs based on professional skincare treatments and product knowledge
- Plan and conduct professional training seminars, workshops, and educational sessions
- Deliver engaging presentations and product education to estheticians and beauty professionals
- Provide education on professional treatment kits, skincare products, ingredients, treatment procedures, and product applications
- Develop training content that is clear, practical, and suitable for different levels of professional experience




- Conduct product demonstrations and explain professional treatment protocols when required
- Coordinate training schedules, seminar locations, materials, and other educational requirements
- Work with the internal team to develop and update training programs and educational content
- Stay up to date with skincare, esthetics techniques, professional treatments, Korean beauty products, and industry trends
- Support product launches, professional education events, trade shows, and industry seminars
- Collect feedback from training participants and continuously improve educational materials and programs
- Build positive and professional relationships with estheticians, salon owners, clinics, and other beauty professionals
- Travel to client locations, training facilities, seminars, and industry events when required

Qualifications & Experience

- 3–5 years of professional experience in esthetics, skincare, beauty, education, or a related field
- Esthetics certification or professional beauty education is an asset
- Previous experience preparing teaching materials, conducting professional training, or leading seminars
- Strong knowledge of skincare, esthetics, and professional beauty treatments
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and public speaking skills




- Confident speaking to both small groups and larger audiences
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Creative and detail-oriented when developing educational materials
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and professional education
- Strong interest in Korean skincare and qualified beauty products
- Professional, approachable, and comfortable working with beauty professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel locally for seminars, training sessions, and industry events when required
