- Event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing logistics, vendors, and in office execution.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple events, priorities, and deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and clients.
- Basic budgeting and administrative skills for cost tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations, event management software).
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and be available for occasional evening or weekend events as needed.
- Prior experience in event management, marketing, or hospitality is an advantage; automotive industry exposure is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
