Job Summary - Experienced Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our small cohesive team building custom homes and doing extensive renovations from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and safety regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects, bringing craftsmanship and attention to detail to every task.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed construction plans to accurately execute project requirements under the supervision of Site Leads & Project Managers.
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures at all stages of construction (i.e. forming and pouring foundations, framing, envelope, siding, trim and finishing woodwork, etc.)
- Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete carpentry tasks with precision.
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support project timelines while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or carpentry roles with a strong foundation in woodworking and general building practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and related machinery.
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, drywall finishing, flooring installation, cabinet installation,



roofing systems, etc.
- Ability to perform tasks safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout all phases of construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site based on project needs.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and subcontractors alike.

Pay: $30.00-$39.00 per hour
