Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently.
- Assist with food service as needed, including taking food orders and serving meals to customers.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
- Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new products to effectively assist customers.

Skills

- Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Familiarity with cashiering practices and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Basic math skills for calculating tabs and managing cash flow effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
