Bia Boro is looking for an Experienced Fashion Sales Associate to join our team.

Excellent retail is about creating genuine customer connections, understanding what people are looking for, styling with confidence, and building relationships that bring customers back.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or apparel.

The Role This is a hands-on position involving all aspects of running the store, including sales and styling, building customer relationships, merchandising, receiving and tagging inventory, restocking, organizing merchandise, and keeping the store looking its best.

You should be comfortable moving between customers and store responsibilities and staying proactive throughout the day.

Training is provided for receiving and inventory procedures, our POS system, and store operations.

Availability

3–5 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
