We have two vacancies for Dental Assistants available for 35-40 hours weekly. Applicants must hold a diploma and have 1 to 2 years of experience in a clinical or dental setting. You'll assist with patient oral hygiene education, manage appointments, and help ensure effective workflow in the practice.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments prior to use • Assist in reception and clerical duties as needed • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques • Schedule patient appointments and confirm visits • Fabricate temporary crowns and take preliminary impressions
Requirements: • Diploma from a dental assisting program (1-2 years) • 1-2 years of hands-on dental assistance experience • Capable of handling a physically demanding role • Compliance with criminal record check requirements • Must relocate if necessary, working in office only
