A Sales Consultant is responsible for the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Have a genuine interest in people and automobiles
- Complete simple documentation and paperwork accurately and timely
- Promote yourself and sharing your experience and expertise in social media and personal circles of influence
- Customer Satisfaction Specialist that maintains focus on customer experience throughout their purchase process
- Input customer data, use email and work with relationship management software that helps you maintain relationships with your customers
- Make warm telephone calls to clients and previous customers to ensure our database is up to date and the relationship extends beyond the initial vehicle purchase
- Safe & courteous driver
- Outgoing and can easily meet new people
- Able to make other's feel special and build relationships quickly
- Able to work shift work and not afraid to see the job through to the end even if that means a few extra hours of dedication a week
- Reliable, punctual, ethical, and posses strong work-ethic
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and strong work ethic
- Valid BC driver's license with clean drivers abstract
- Required license or certification: Vehicle Sales Authority License (We will assist)
