We are continuing to grow and are looking for experienced Roof Installers and Labourers to join our hardworking team.
Our crews stay busy with residential tear-offs and new construction throughout Windsor & Essex County. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are interested in growing with our company.
What We Offer
- $25.00–$30.00/hour, based on experience
- Full-time, permanent work

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year roofing/nailing experience
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to lift up to 75–80 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Positive, dependable, trustworthy and hardworking
- Works well as part of a team
- Willing to occasionally work longer days when needed
Strong Assets
- Valid driver's licence & reliable transportation
- Valid Working at Heights certification
- Own roofing tools — nail gun, pouch, hammer, snips, harness, etc.
