Join Ledcor as an Experienced Truck and Coach Mechanic, specializing in the repair of heavy machinery. This role requires adherence to safety protocols while working in a shop and field operations.
In this mechanic position, you will focus on maintaining and repairing essential equipment such as graders and sanding trucks. Following safety policies and conducting thorough inspections will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will document maintenance activities and may need to travel to various field sites during your shifts, which run from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform essential repairs on heavy construction equipment • Follow internal maintenance procedures closely • Complete necessary maintenance records • Engage in field operations for diverse projects • Work independently in the shop setting
Requirements: • 310T Truck and Coach ticket required • Preference for candidates with Red Seal On-Road or 421A credentials • Valid driver's license and ability to provide abstract • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Competence in interpreting sketches and diagrams
