Bring creativity, connection, and colour to your mornings! We are looking for friendly, energetic and engaging Facilitators of Fun to join our team at the Crock A Doodle in Aurora! This flexible, hands‑on role is perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys a busy environment, and takes pride in making every customer experience memorable.

What you'll do

- Welcome guests and guide them throughout the pottery-painting process while delivering top notch customer service
- Keep the studio organized and running smoothly
- Support birthday parties, group events and community programs
- Help with studio prep, glazing, and merchandising

What we're looking for:
- LOVE kids and enjoy working with all ages
- A passion for creativity and desire to share it with others (no art experience is required)!
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Positive team player with an infectious personality.
- A self-motivated multitasker, who enjoys being busy and is not easily overwhelmed.
- A self-starter who enjoys learning and working independently and as a team

Studio duties would include assisting customers, pottery glazing/firing, and opening/closing. A Facilitator of Fun would also lead kids activities,



birthday parties and events in and outside the studio. Every day is different from helping families create memories to leading high‑energy creative experiences.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a busy retail setting would be considered an asset, but not required.
- Must be able to lift 60lbs.
- Daytime & Weekend availability is a MUST, Evening availability is a PLUS!

This flexible position will also share the fun of Crock A Doodle with corporate groups, community organizations, schools, teams and clubs. No artistic ability is required, our customers take care of that!

Gratuities are on top of hourly wage. We also offer discounts to our team!
