We are looking for a mature, motivated physician interested in practising from a beautiful, fully equipped medical clinic in the rapidly growing Sunningdale area of North London.
Our clinic is located alongside an established, family-owned community pharmacy and has previously operated as a busy family and walk-in practice. We currently have two opportunities available immediately, depending on the physician's goals.
Option 1 – Establish Your Own Family Practice For an entrepreneurial physician looking to establish or relocate a long-term family practice, we have a completely turnkey medical space available.
The clinic includes approximately 800+ sq. ft. of dedicated medical space, featuring:
- 4 fully fitted exam rooms
- Private physician office
- Reception area
- Dedicated washroom and hallway
- Separate gated entrance from the pharmacy
- Private rear entrance
- Contemporary, high-end finishes
- Turnkey setup with no major renovation or build-out required
The unit was newly built and has only been operating for approximately three years. We are a family-owned business and take a long-term approach to partnerships. We are open to discussing flexible arrangements and supporting the growth of the clinic. If the practice grows and additional rooms, renovations, or space are required,
we are happy to work together to accommodate that growth.
Option 2 – Walk-In / Locum Practice
We are also looking for physicians interested in walk-in or locum work at this location.
An experienced clinic manager already coordinates physician scheduling and clinic operations, allowing physicians to focus primarily on patient care rather than establishing and managing a practice independently.
There is an opportunity for regular, recurring clinic days or a more flexible schedule, depending on availability.
Established Patient Demand
When operating consistently, this location previously saw 40+ patients per day, with the capacity and local demand to grow beyond 50 patients per day with regular physician coverage.
The clinic is located in Sunningdale, one of London's fastest-growing areas, surrounded by significant residential development along Richmond Street and Sunningdale Road.
Our previous physicians ultimately established a family practice at another one of our affiliated locations, which is why this clinic space is now available again.
