We are seeking qualified candidates for Farm Equipment operator positions. This is a year round – full time position. With farming activities between May and October and cleaning plant actives and repairs and maintain between October through April the following year. We typically work 8-5 during the winter, and work weather permitting during farming season. Generous time off during non-peak seasons is possible, if desired. A positive attitude and relentless work ethnic are essential to success. This role give you exposure to all aspects of the farm including crop production, seed replication, seed cleaning and seed retail. Role & Responsibilities:





A Farm Equipment Operator works in a team to conduct all the key farming operations including seeding, spraying, harvesting, and trucking during the crop production season. You will safely operate and control different kinds of farm equipment using current GPS technology, including trucks, tractors, sprayers, and combines. If you don't have much experience, no need to worry and there will be on the job training on how to run each piece of equipment.

You'll learn to troubleshoot, service and repair agricultural machinery and report problems, noting physical and mechanical issues that need repairing.

During the winter you'll help with the operations, repairs and maintenance in the cleaning plant as well as the loading of seed containers (with forklift) for export sales.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
