CHALLENGES WE OFFER

- Achieves budgeted operational costs, for the New Minas Feed Mill operations
- Ensures that inventory levels are kept at optimum levels to minimize cost but maintain production requirements
- Ensures the production, sale and delivery of quality feeds and ingredients by developing employee understanding and commitment, as well as a positive rapport with sales, technical support, and procurement staff
- Motivates and educates employees in personal safety and security of property
- Motivates and develops employees to become an effective and efficient work force by individual and group consultation and training program
- Nurtures harmonious relations with employees by fair and equitable administration of a collective agreement
- Improves office, plant and delivery operations by analyzing operations,



developing and implementing plans to reduce costs and/or improve quality and service
- Manage a fleet of delivery trucks & drivers responsible for delivering bulk feed from the site to our customers
- Looks of opportunities to co-ordinate production volumes with other Sollio sites to maximize plant efficiency
- Purchases maintenance parts, new equipment, supplies and services for plant, warehouse and office
- Participates in labour negotiations between management and the bargaining unit

- You possess 7-10 years experience in a related field
- You demonstrate excellent leadership and multi-tasking abilities
- You have robust team work skills
- You have great attention to detail
- You must be able to work in a noisy/dusty environment /various weather conditions

- You have strong work ethic and a positive attitude
