Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Quebec City, QC.

The Field Sales

Representative will identify and prospect recent professional repair and collision shops, present ALLDATA’s products and services, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through closing.

Responsibilities include conducting in-person meetings and demonstrations, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate ALLDATA solutions that support shop efficiency and growth. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing product support,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and high customer retention. Regular territory planning, reporting on sales activities and results, and participation in industry events or trainings are also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals.
- Fluent Bilingual French/English is a MUST
- Customer relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, practical terms.
- Familiarity with the automotive repair or collision industry, or a strong interest in learning automotive service operations.
- Comfort with technology, including SaaS or software solutions, and the ability to learn ALLDATA’s product suite quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time and territory independently in an on-site field environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
