We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our field operations team. This is a field-based position supporting active construction projects, working alongside the Field Operations Work Leaders, Project Managers, and General Foremen to help deliver corporate projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Day-to-day, you will support project leadership with document control, change orders, purchase orders, timesheets, and job billing to keep projects running efficiently and in alignment with contractual requirements, coordinate information and complete customer or unit work reports on behalf of Allteck, and provide support for office administration.

Pay rate: $30 per hour

Location: Williams Lake, Prince George BC

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain contract and project folders, ensuring accurate document control and version management

Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meeting logistics including agendas and minutes

Maintain Visa’s, personal expenses, fuel receipts, vacation requests and other required documentation

Administer daily time-sheets, providing coding,



obtaining approvals and submitting to payroll

Solve field payroll issues, acting liaison from field to head office payroll department

Set up, review, code and track all purchase orders and non-PO transactions

Track, analyze, and report project progress to appropriate managers and or customers

Prepare and submit job billings in a timely and accurate manner

Create, update, and maintain project schedules

Liaise with Work Leader on current and future projects, reporting, allocations and other departmental requirements

Perform other duties as required, requested, or assigned

Skills & Abilities

Professional and collaborative when working with internal teams and external partners

Strong working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and other project scheduling software

Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast paced environment

Detail oriented, easily accepting of change or recent direction

Excellent and efficient data-entry skills

Meticulous, self-motivated, results-oriented and strong initiative

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and possess strong work commitment

Ability to work both in a team environment and independently

Hands-on, able to multi-task and willing to learn and work beyond job-scope when necessary

Ability to travel required on occasion

Willingness to learn industry-specific processes, including power line construction and utility operations (training provided)

Education, Training & Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of office or administrative experience, ideally in data entry, change order management, or process-driven roles

Experience in the utilities or construction industry is considered an asset
