Duties

- Ensure adherence to accounting principles, internal controls, and audit requirements

Experience





- Proven experience in financial management within the financial services or dealership sectors is highly preferred
- Strong background in negotiation, deal structuring, and customer service excellence
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data using math skills to inform decision-making
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects in a rapid-paced setting
- Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to leverage financial insights for revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on transparency and stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
