Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Flat Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofs on commercial and residential buildings. Your expertise will help ensure durable, weather-resistant roofing solutions that stand the test of time. Responsibilities

- Prepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and inspecting existing structures to ensure proper adhesion and installation.
- Measure and cut roofing materials accurately using hand tools such as utility knives, saws, and snips.
- Install flat roofing systems including membrane layers, insulation boards, and flashing with precision and attention to detail
- Perform repairs on damaged roofs by replacing worn or broken materials efficiently.
- Lift heavy roofing materials safely and transport them to designated work areas while following safety protocols.





Requirements

- Proven experience and knowledge in all types of flat roofing applications, including BUR, MOD BIT, and single-ply systems.
- Valid Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- Valid Rooftop Safety Training certification (Fall Protection)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Manage materials and equipment responsibly on site.
