We are currently looking for qualified and experienced Flat Roofers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Install and repair professional roofing systems
- Complete roof preparation, membrane installation, flashing, and detailing
- Install flat roofing
- Follow plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements
- Identify and communicate installation issues
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and safety
- Assist with and mentor apprentices and labourers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area





Requirements

- Valid Working at Heights certification will be an asset
- Proven professional roofing experience
- Strong understanding of roofing installation methods and practices
- Strong attention to workmanship and detail
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
