Position Details:
Role: Academy Coach (Part-Time / Contractor)
Workload: 3 - 15 Hours / Week
Location: Mississauga, ON
Start Date: Winter Season (October 17th)
Pay Rate: TBD based on your licenses
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute engaging training sessions with TUFC academy players. Identify player strengths and weaknesses to guide their individual development. Teach and promote the official TUFC Methodology. Work closely with fellow coaches, the General Manager, and the Technical Director.
Qualifications & Attributes:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience coaching a competitive team.
Minimum Coaching Licenses
NCCP MED Workshop + Evaluation, Respect in Sport, NCCP Making Head Way, NCCP Emergency Action Plan, NCCP Rule of Two.
Preferred Coaching Licenses: Fundamentals, Learn To Train, Soccer For Life, Concacaf C License.
Key traits: Punctual, robust leadership, development approach, passionate, and a continuous willingness to learn.
