About PUSH Markham

PUSH Markham is a women’s health, prenatal, postnatal, and family wellness centre offering integrated care through both our clinic and movement studio. Our team supports women through every stage of life with thoughtful, client-centred care.

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly.

As the first point of contact for clients, you will support both the clinic and studio, helping manage schedules, client communication, and the overall flow of the space.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients visiting the clinic and studio
- Manage bookings, schedule updates, and waitlists using Jane App and Square
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Process payments and apply clinic policies (cancellations and no-shows)




- Support client rebooking and follow-up communication
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure spaces remain stocked and organized
- Maintain inventory for clinic and reception supplies

Requirements

- Experience using Jane App scheduling platform
- Previous experience in health and wellness administration or clinic reception preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a busy client-facing environment
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and professional presence
- Availability to work daytime, evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $20.00 per hour
