At MY THAI, we specialize in authentic Thai cuisine made with fresh ingredients and bold flavors.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Front of House Team Member to join our Cambridge location.

You will provide excellent customer service, take and serve orders, process payments, maintain a clean dining area, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

We value teamwork and flexibility. During slower business periods, FOH team members may assist the kitchen with food preparation, dishwashing, cleaning, stocking, and other general restaurant duties.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take orders and process payments accurately.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
- Communicate customer requests with the kitchen team.
- Assist with food prep, dishwashing, cleaning, and stocking during slower periods.
- Follow food safety and restaurant standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications




- Strong hospitality and customer-service skills with a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome.
- Friendly, approachable, and empathetic toward customers and team members.
- Patient and respectful, especially when handling customer questions or concerns.
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Willing to assist both Front of House and Back of House when needed.
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Smart Serve certification is required.

- CA$17.60/hour (rising to $17.95/hr on Oct. 1, 2026) tips from the shared tip pool
