Claddagh Cartage is currently seeking a Full-time Company Class 1 Driver based in Penticton, BC. We are an Agent for Clark Freightways, performing LTL truck services in Penticton and surrounding area.
This position requires a Class 1 license and involves both driving tractor/trailer & 5 Ton equipment and warehouse work. This shift is Tuesday to Saturday with a 6:00 am start until finish delivering in Penticton and surrounding areas. Optional Monday hours available.
Requirements
- Class 1 license with clean abstract.
- LTL Freight Industry Experience required
- The successful applicant must be dependable with a professional attitude and appearance
- Solid working knowledge of the Okanagan area is a plus
- Capable of physically performing the duties associated with general freight handling.
- Forklift and electric pallet jack experience required.
