Bready Café is looking for a Full-Time Baker to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about bakery operations in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work station
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements
- Manage time efficiently and work independently during early hours
- Ensure consistency, quality, and freshness of products

Requirements





- Previous bakery experience required
- Able to work early morning shifts starting at 3:30 AM
- Strong cleanliness and organization skills
- Good self-management and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Food safety knowledge is an asset
