AV Contracting is a locally based and ever-expanding company serving clients in the GTA and beyond. We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Cleaner(s) for a condominium building. The successful candidate(s) will be dependable, cooperative as part of the condo team and will display attention to detail. He or she will be responsible for maintaining the building clean and orderly by performing routine cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Clean building floors and stairways by sweeping, vacuuming or mopping
- Clean and replenish supplies in restrooms using the provided materials and equipment
- Clean windows, accessible glass and surfaces
- Gather and dispose of trash and replace garbage bags in the appropriate bins
- Pick up litter to ensure general tidiness throughout the property




- Perform incidental cleaning duties as requested by management

Qualifications:

- Prior cleaning experience in condominiums is an asset
- Has knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, solutions and equipment of the janitorial service
- Has knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
