Key Responsibilities:
- The Store Manager for Herc’s Nutrition oversees operations to ensure the delivery of top-tier customer service and attainment of sales goals. They manage inventory, staffing, ensure team expertise in sports nutrition, and create an engaging environment for fitness enthusiasts and customers seeking wellness advice.
- Store Managers are responsible for community outreach, Social Media, and day to day operations under supervision of the owner.
Qualifications:
- Experience with fitness, sports, and exercise is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Retail Management or Team Leadership
- Ability to Lead a team of part-time associates using our systems.
- Must be dedicated, responsible,
and passionate about health and fitness.
- Excel under pressure and motivated to reach goals and team wins.
