MICHELIN Guide recognized, and Official Restaurant of Spain, Como Taperia is looking for an experienced, wine knowledgable Full-Time Server to join our team.

We pride ourselves on creating one of the most authentic tapas experiences outside of Spain. We are a busy, fast-paced restaurant committed to excellent food, drinks, atmosphere, and service, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate, motivated, loves hospitality, and is ready to hustle alongside our growing team.

What We're Looking For

- A genuine passion for food, wine, drinks, hospitality, and Spanish culture
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, shift leader/MOD experience a plus
- Solid wine knowledge, ideally an understanding of Spanish wines, sherries & vermouths
- Positive, team oriented personality with a willingness to learn and collaborate
- Self motivated with the ability to move quickly and efficiently during rapid paced services

- Open or flexible availability, particularly Sunday through Monday





Schedule This position will typically consist of four service shifts per week.

Service shifts are generally 6-8 hours.

This is an hourly position and includes a pooled tip-out while working on the floor.
