We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Looking for a skilled labourer to help perform duties which include trim, framing, interior carpentry, etc.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks on time.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the job.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labour role (2-5 years' experience)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)



and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must provide your own transportation to and from job sites
- Must have your own tools.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
