Responsibilities

- Assist with site cleanup, organizing materials, and preparing work areas for daily tasks
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, supplies, or equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents
- Operate basic tools or equipment under supervision when required
- Help with minor repairs or maintenance tasks around the site




- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Class 5 driver's license
- Previous experience with paint and manual labour is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
