Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
- Support team members in preparing work sites, organizing tools, and maintaining cleanliness
- Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, or stacking materials as directed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
- Operate basic machinery or tools when required, adhering to safety standards and instructions
- Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to maintain a tidy workspace




- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience

- Previous experience in automotive manual labour, or industrial settings is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to physical labour roles
