Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation by unloading materials, setting up equipment, and organizing supplies to keep workflows efficient.
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, mixing materials, and performing basic tasks that contribute to project progress.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols.
Help with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
Participate in safety inspections, report hazards promptly, and follow all safety guidelines to promote a secure workplace.
Perform general maintenance tasks such as digging, lifting, moving heavy objects, and assisting with minor repairs as needed.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals and ensure project deadlines are achieved.
Skills
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
Basic understanding of safety procedures and the importance of maintaining a hazard-free environment.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently under supervision.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.
Reliable attendance record with punctuality and dependability.
Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
