Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing, motivated workforce committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage payroll, cash handling, pricing strategies, and purchasing activities to optimize store efficiency and financial health.
- Oversee merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems effectively for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes.
